Build Photos
For "Blues for an Alabama Sky", I laminated and built up the crown molding featured at the top of the set layer-by-layer with sheets of foam, some of which had their details cut utilizing the CNC. Each layer of foam had its own specific detail, including dentils, a round-over, and a cove. In addition, I assisted in the construction of the window inserts and the brick header units, which were faced with Pulp-Art cardboard sheets of brick texture that were attached with liquid nails and brads.
